Classes Have Started Again for 2017

Our first class of 2017 was held on January 3 so the year is off to a good start. Several new people showed up so interest is growing.  Check us out, it is a good way to get back into or stay in shape!

 Burns Supper-Saturday January 28, 2017

We had a great Burns supper and Dance this year again.  The food was great, the Toast to the Lassies was delivered by Marwan Tabbara who was in full regalia and responded to by the Honourable Bardish Chaggar. They presented a lot of interesting comments on women in both Burns day and in our present day.

The Toast to the Immortal Memory of Burns was delivered by Rev Brooke Ashfield who looked at Burns as a scientist and how he reflected the Scottish Enlightenment of the day.

The Dance with live Music by Fred Moyes was lively and enjoyed by dancers and non dancers alike
